Welcome to the Step Retreat. We’re excited to have you join us for a weekend of movement, music, connection, and community. Our aim is to create a safe, supportive, and high-energy environment for all participants. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
1. Bookings & Payments
Your place at the retreat is secured once full payment (or an approved deposit arrangement) has been received. All bookings are for one person only and may not be shared or transferred without prior approval from the organiser.
2. Cancellations & Transfers
All payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your booking to another person, subject to organiser approval. In the event that the retreat is cancelled by the organiser, a refund or credit will be provided. Please note that personal travel, accommodation, and related expenses are not covered.
3. Health & Participation
All participants attend at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate in retreat activities. Please inform instructors and organisers of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations prior to taking part in classes. Participants are encouraged to move within their own limits at all times.
4. Children & Supervision Policy
The Step Retreat is designed primarily as an adult-focused experience. • No child-minding or childcare services will be provided at any time during the retreat. • Any children in attendance must be fully supervised by a parent or nominated responsible adult at all times, including during fitness sessions, workshops, social events, meals, and free time. • Parents or guardians accept full responsibility for the safety, behaviour, and wellbeing of their child throughout the retreat. The retreat organisers, instructors, staff, partners, sponsors, and venue accept no responsibility or liability for the supervision, care, or safety of children.
5. Community Code of Conduct
This retreat is built on respect, encouragement, and positive energy. Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour toward participants, staff, or instructors will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
6. Media & Content Photography and videography
May take place during the retreat for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded unless you notify the organiser in writing prior to the event.
7. Program Changes
Schedules, instructors, locations, and activities are subject to change if required. Any updates will be communicated as clearly and promptly as possible.
8. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The organiser and venue are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Thank you for being part of the Step Retreat community. We look forward to moving together, connecting deeply, and creating unforgettable memories.
